Dominican republic is extremely well suited to our way of investing. It is rather a stable environment economically, currency-wise and politically. We have selected the green northern part of Dominican republic, which had once been a holy land of tourism before it was exchanged for south-east. But we strongly believe it is going to change in the few years time ahead.
