In 2020 cruisers will begin to bring over 1 million of tourists to the northern part of the island. Big hotel players are getting ready their new projects here. We´ve so far acquired several  touristic objects in the area of Cabarete and Sosua, in the volume of 15 mio USD (pensions, restaurants, bars, mid size hotels). A few nice projects are in progress of legal/due diligence and architectural process with a rare opportunity for investors who are keen.
