Nearly 4,000,000 sq. meters of lands of natural beauty, hardly 30 min from Puerto Plata International Airport we have been aggregating large areas of green, hilly lands, suitable for luxury living as well as for entertainment combined with a natural park and hiking what might become a vast investment opportunity. Consider also the fact of soaring demand for touristic capacity, plans for building hotels in this area and ports for sea cruisers with millions of passengers starting as early as in 2020. We have been working on this land aggregation and nature presevation project for multiple years, dreaming of combined commercial and sustainability project for residents and tourists. There are coffee, mango or moringa plantations, waterfalls a stalactite cave to visit.
